Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace

Ready, steady ... Hat!

Do you remember the different parts of this hat I showed in an earlier post? Well, finally yesterday it was done! I am really pleased with the result. Just love this top and will do this little rosebuds again somewhere - definitely. The Rauma yarn used for the top is still from Seljord in Norway and gives me a fine remembrance to happy days there. Also it has a perfect texture for this kind of top and for the embroidery. The Horstia Lambswool is an ideal yarn to create petals.
On the needles are wristwarmers again now! I still had rests of natural sheep lightgray and a heather green of Lett Lopi - still my very fave yarn!!! It is easy on the needles and always looks perfect. When they are done, they will be felted and probably get little roses, too.

A lovely new week to all of you out in Bloglandia! Y
