≈ Rain and Carnations ≈

Usually May is the loveliest month here each year!
Not this year ≈  its only rain.... all the young animals
have not seen the sun yet!
Lovely panicles of the Lilacs are heavy of wetness
and just hang down... this is really a bit too much
water!
Actually I don't mind bad weather, but May is May...
Nevertheless, almost 3 weeks ago I bought a bunch of
Carnations. And they still look lovely, at least most of them.
I am impressed....will get some  more soon...
