Norways largest Boulder ~°~
A few times a week or every day I read Norwegian newspapers online!
Just a few days ago I found this photo and a report in one of them...
it was so amazing...
when Gubben was still alive we once, many years ago, needed a place for the night
in our fave place in Norway - Odda! The campground was completely occupied.
The only still free spot was under this boulder. Unfortunately the sign occludes the
sorta cave under it and that this solid rock somehow seems to hang loose.
We wanted to go on Folgefonna glacier the next day, so we stayed and took this
incredible spot. At least we didn't need to build up the tent, but it was a more then
strange experience to lay under this boulder. I always had the feeling it would crash me
any minute, although I knew it hangs there since the last Iced Age.
The men in the photo just declared it to be Norways largest boulder and set up the
panel to inform the people.
This brought back sweet memories....
There's a new Pipi Apron done. I like this fabric; very good to sew...from IKEA.
Should get some more soonest...
