* Winter, Millets, Tajarutits and Sparrows *
Winter is definitely on its way; again we had frost last night and all was covered in white early this morning. Usually I feed the birds that come to my roofgarden year round, but I improve it now that it gets colder. I tried to take some photos of the sparrows hanging and picking in the millet, but they take off as soon as I get closer, so here's a pic of the sort of millet I feed and an artwise modified Sparrow. Further some matching green yarn from the Faroer Islands. You can find more colours in my blog www.northatlantic-wool.blogspot.com plus some more photos of the beautiful area! Enjoy!
Accidently I caught this snap of the first real snowfall on the Faroer Islands! Isn't it lovely?
And another wintergray single Tajarutit; quite a pretty piece of art to wear!!!
The green wristband is really beautiful. We are having terrible weather today, storm and wet snow/rain. But I can't really complain, the fall was very warm and beautiful.
Kjære Bea. Hvorfor er du begynt å skrive på engelsk?? Nå er jeg ei godt voksen dame med engelskunskaper som stopper ved "have a nice day" ;) Kan du ikke skrive på norsk også?? Hper du har det bra. ;) Klems.
Please don't steel my pix; you can copy, but please ask before you do so! The links I have listed here are just of interest to me, maybe to you, too. I am not responsible in any way about the content and whatever can be result out of it.
