Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace

~ Hiob ~ Evil Tidings ~

Today I got the sad news that my neighbour, a young lady of only 40 and with two small kids, had to go. Cancer was stronger then her! I feel really sorry - seems that bad news do not end this year! We all hoped that she would make it....
This little lad in the car cheered me up a bit; isn't he cute!??! Y
It is also a joy to watch the Canada Geese by the lake....they stay here over the winter!

~ ♥ ~ Dentist Horror ~ ♥ ~

Yes, it's time to get such perfect teeth again - just like this Piranha! It scares me to go to the dentist, but I have to. Not that I neglected my teeth, but it's time for renovations now! What a horror. Tomorrow is a new date and next week; in December I will be off, but January will be torture, definitely! When I have survived this I will have a pretty smile just like this fish...
I made a new pair mitts. Out of Horstia country Wool. They have a light calix shape, so they look quite girlish and elegant on the arm - like them!

Christmas is well on the way! Just found this pretty cones, easy made out of heavy paper rolled up and with lots of glimmer. Beautiful, eh?!!!

~*.*~ Toadstool *~.~*

Y These kind of mushrooms are a popular items for decoration overhere; specially in Fall.
So I made a pair of mitts/wristwarmers with toadstools. Aren't they cute?
Thanx so much to all who sent nice mails regarding my last post! I really treasure that and I am very thankful that you all think of me...this really helps to survive dark days.
Weekend was surprisingly relaxing and I felt quite happy again....can see a little light at the end of the tunnel now... Y

~ Nervous Breakdown ~

Y My Beautiful....
Leif Gizmo and Husky Lady Y

Last Wednesday I felt so down; I seldom do feel deeply depressed, but this day gave me a fine burned out syndrom. Too many sorrows in the passed months and I only now start to realize that I will never enter my beloved home in Norway again. Negotiations about renovations and all the defects with landlord came to a point of no return, further a death of cancer in the family, even though it was not close family, but still...and all the other troubles that piled up the last time, made me feel exhausted, down....I am looking forward to 2008 being done. This was definitely a very bad year!
Here are some pix from happy times in Norway.
But we do have some great friends here as well, like beautiful old Husky Lady who puts a smile on my face again...
To all outthere: enjoy your weekend - carpe diem!!!! Y

~.*.~ Pink Pulse ~.*.~

Ready! Order for these mitts is done! I am satisfied with the outcome! Made out of Lambswool, knit and full. They will travel to Frankfurt....it is necessary to wear them by now - weather is not really friendly here. It has been gray and lousy all day. Only the forests still shine in bright colours; see my new header pic that I shot today!!!

~ Lumbago Me ~

Crazy Me! I suffer with a small Lumbago - outsh - and can hardly move, but I am still busy creating things. Will have a small exhibition with some other ladies on Nov. 9.
So some things must be done.
Wool Crazy Me! See what wild colours I got. Pure Lambswool and pure Alpaka!!!
And today I had this terrific little muschrooms in the mail - thanx to Barbara, who is absolutely top with crocheting! They will be sewed on my accessories; aren't they cute?!!
A very gloomy day today in Germany, just +2°C and snow is expected. So just the right day to stay in and be creative and enjoy life with hotwater-bottle on my spine....

Fall Impressions

Fall is always good for long walks, even when weather is not cooperative! Many things to find along the way and all the bright colours are a joy to look at!
The puppies are getting bigger and stronger over the year..... YYYYYY

When the year closes down the church is also a more commom place for concerts and exhibitions!
When times are gloomy all the romantic places in town are even more enchanting...here is the way up to our little castle!
