A few days ago I received this funny Thanksgiving Card from dear Lyn in Alaska! Thanx so much fot it - really enjoyed it!!!! ❀ Thanksgiving is known her, too, though very different and without Turkeys....and it is not now on a week day...anyway intresting to see and read about every countries special habits, isn't it?!!!? To be honest: I am not really a fan of Reds! But around this time of the year I am more fond of it! It makes everything look warm and nice and it is quite traditional. Went shopping today, bought nothing red, but this silver heart and I thought that these large red decos are worth a look.... enjoy!

Hearty ~ ♥ ~ Cuffs

These wristwarmers have been ready for quite some time, but I thought them to be a bit boring, so I modified them: made some stitches with a slightly shimmering cross-stitch thread around the hearts and added some seagreen beads! The result is ok now and I like them better. I used lambswool for them; fulling was made in the washing machine at 40°C. I discovered the pink yarn I used for the hearts shrinks more, although it is the same quality then the rest. This way the wristwarmers became an extra more cufflike appearance! They are super to wear to thick sweaters and coats as they are quite narrow and won't collide with it......have a lovely, successful week!

I love moose! Last year I found this hook in one of my fave deco shops - and now some new small, glittering Christmas Cones hanging on it....

These baby panties became a bestseller recently. That's why I finished another one for the next small exhibition! Quite shrill, eh?

While walking the doggy today I passed by these happy geese. Probably this is the last month of their lives... they were so kind and funny and friendly... I am happy that I closed down with eating too much meat, so no one of these cuties will have to be killed for me.

On the other side of the road a new life had just begun; we came across the birth of this late calf. It looked sturdy and well; what a joy! Y
