After the Walkie!

Dogwalkie is done and flowers are planted, right after this it started to rain.
Although I actually dislike blue, I love these flowers...its good they get a little rain
now and we made it home before we got soaked.

For Baby Lotta I made a new Pipi apron. I am not really satisfied with the result,
but its quite sweet; the fabric is not as good as it should be...

Have 18 snails now! No. 1 is exploring, No. 13 is back to sleep...

Heldige Me .♥⊱╮ En fin Dag

Although it started to rain heavy and was quite nasty -
det var en fint dag!
Soon it is 1 year ago since Gubben had to resign to cancer.
It i still unreal...
Nevertheless I feel good, feel good that I could hold him
untill his very dying breath...a strong man, not looking sick at
all had to go, but he went with a fine smile on his face.
He went content! And even though his life was far too short
his works are still here and will be out to bring joy to the onlookers.
One of the most famous artists in town, also a painter and sculpturer,
and once Gubben's mentor has arranged an exhibition to commemorate.
We had a get-together to discuss about it all today.
It was very nice. I'd made a flyer to have people informed, which turned out
real fine.
One of Gubben's grandkids will sing Panis Angelicus and his Daughter-in-law
play the organ. Paintings from his life in Norway will be shown and herewith also
remember his hvilested. .♥⊱╮

Furthermore I made some new tags or labels, just as you please.
I love tags; just as these Hawaii tags! Gigi,do you like them?
As I love roses, I choose those antique ones to decorate mine....

Last weekend we had a birthday-get-together.
Baby Lotta came, too. She is almost 3 months old now
and she loved to listen to the music her
big cousins made; both are high skilled kids,
specially in regard of music....
finally she was so exhausted that she cuddled up and slept 
in her uncles arms...

The sun shines, Hamburg Marathon is on and I go and decorate the garden now...
after all the fresh planted pansies were eaten up by game during the night,
I decided to give it another try and will plant Bellis now..... ❀

(¯`✿´¯) The first Colour (¯`♥´¯)

Finally some colour in the garden. Not much yet, but still so lovely.
Beautiful Springweather here, so I go planting some more colour now...
Recently I discovered some of these huge snails in the big flower bed.
I thought they were dead, but they survived these long and hard winter.
They lock themselves in, some were buried in the ground and some I
found deep cuddled up in moss and only recently still covered with lots of snow.
Now they slowly wake up and start to explore their surrounding.
Very special creatures; yucky but fascinating all the same ✿

Recently I had something to do in a village nearby.
There is also a cemetery for pets.
I took a stroll.
It was very touching.
So much Love in the air  there....
I was specially moved by the last pic I took:
in a tree I found the leash, a picture of the late dog,
its fave toy, some flowers and a letter

Another little woollen dress is done! This one has a Toadstool edge. I love those little mushrooms... 
Dress looks better on the young lady then on hanger..... 

Today started off good with sunshine and a touch of Spring, though with a steady cool breeze.
Now it started to rain; the first rain in ages. It always snowed the last months. 

I put these stones on the stove. Very soon they turned into lovely warm items I can put on
special points on my sore backside. It helps and they stay warm very long. When not in use they
make a nice little sculpture. Its good when the pebbles are very flat! Those are:
Quarz, Hornfels, Uthammar-Granite and an ironrich Quarz.

 

Content Baby .♥⊱╮

It is time to show a current pic of our newest addition:
Baby Lotta is now about 2,5 months old
and getting really super sweet
as tiny as she was first, she is now a real proper
content Baby Girl with rosy cheeks .♥⊱╮

Made another woolen dress with rabbit crochet application and
lace and flouncy edge. 

Two days ago I found this lovely tulips; just had to buy them.
Usually I don't fancy violet hues that much, but this colour is just
incredible! Unfortunately the photo doesn't show its real beauty...
