 Christmas is over and it was good

with many family guests,

nonetheless we had a loss

in the family

and will have for sure some more

soon in the New Year!

and weather is really bad.

It is not a mountain, but only a sandy dune.

Very nice vicinity though...

This afternoon the moon rose

bright and orange like a pumpkin

over the motorway.

Today is the day before

Christmas!

Nobody on the roads

all is quiet

and gray

rain falls on frozen grounds

and all is covered with a layer of ice.

Tomorrow morning I wish

that this is gone

some last things have to be done

before the guests are coming

and presents will be exchanged

in the afternoon...

Det er faktisk Juletid!

These days are very gloomy, but mild.

The roads are free and not icy anymore

so I took the chance

and drove all the way to

Stockseehof Manor

last Sunday.

A very lovely Christmas Market!

It was the first time I have been there and it

was worth the visit.

I was finally feeling better

and didn't want to stay home

all weekend! 

As you can see, the snow is almost gone.

Instead it rained, but it didn't spoil

the festive athmosphere.

I was more then impressed by all the

neat and tastily articles...

☃ Our Winter ☃

It's full winter here!

Not that I mind, but it is really hard this year.

Since the food poisoning hit me 

I still feel not recovered completely.

We enjoy mostly indoor quality time these days.

As you can see the pets love it too to

be in front of the fire  and warm up.

We had only -15°C the past days,

though beautiful hoarfrost

and some new snow.

I wonder how 

this will go on?

So the joyful month of Christmas

has begun.

I really love it

but can't enjoy it today.

I still feel awful!

This food poisoning I cought about

a week ago almost killed me.

All the work that has to be done

gets neglected.

Suppose it will take another few days

before

I am fresh again.

Quite annoyed about that caterer

that provided that obviously

contaminated food...
