Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace

Some ☀ and an Earthquake

This afternoon the sun came out a bit and the birds sing and it smells fresh - a tiny bit Springlike!!! Hope that there will occur no further snowfalls now...yesterday was enough....! Usually in our area and in Denmark (we don't live far away) we hardly have earthquakes and if, they are very small. But Friday evening the westcoast of Denmark was hit by a quite large earthquake with a magnitute of almost 5 on the Richter scale. This was quite an event having shaking houses and smashing glasses - fortunately no one was hurt and nothing was really damadged... I often follow the earth's movements with interest; I have though never witnessed a real strong one yet. Not even during my many travels some years ago.... this afternoon will be continued with designing something new out of thies wool! To all of you: have a fantastic Sunday!

Long Time No See...

Yes, it has been some time since last post! In the meantime not much work was done, except this little new pants. Hubby is back in hospital for a new dose chemo and I hope it will work out fine for him. We have fantastic clear, cold winterweather here and when not being busy I walk the doggy...have to prepare some more items as next month first Spring Market will be on....have a lovely Wednesday!

* Canoodle and more Snow * *

My time is limited right now; I would love to do a little more blogging. I drive here and there, get things together and help. Hubby is feeling awful. Several dates at several docs have to be made and I can only hope that this fight for life will be successful....such smoochy moments with Hexe are rare. But she enjoys to get into my hair and the ponytail. Today she also discovered my wool on the table. She loved it; see photo below. Maybe because it is still very natural wool that smells of sheep and grass....she kept on digging her nose into it!

These new baby pants are ready! They are of selfdesigned yarn which is extremely soft and silky, though it was no fun to knit with it. The result is quite sweet, isn't it?!! The ribbon is still missing... I like to knit a bit each evening to keep me way from the busy days I have! It snowed heavy all day and it is expected to do so tomorrow - I think I am fed up with winter!

* Sun and Snow *

Winter is still upon us. It snowed again in the morning, but later the sun came out and it even thawed a bit. The roads are a mess, all muddy and wet. I had to dig out my car today and I can say that we are all quite fed up with winter now... It was hubby's first day with chemo today; so far he seems to be fine. He will get the next one in two weeks...wish us luck!
